I am assuming that this footage is now available on “The Early Years” DVD. I have seen this stuff before.
Dennis was an ok player compared to Adrian. Dennis’s leads I thought did not fit as well as Adrian’s. Dave and Adrian play very well together, like they were meant for it. Dennis wasn’t even into the metal scene while he was in Iron Maiden. I have read stuff about how he was into softer music. I can’t remember what bands he mentioned but, as a guitarist for Iron Maiden, he really didn’t fit in with the rest of the group as far as musical tastes go.
